2009년도 UCI 국제 규정이 아래와 같이 변경되었기에 알려드립니다.

1.2.107 When several riders finish in a group, all riders in the same groupe shall be credited with the same time.

If there is a difference of one second or more between the back of the back

wheel of the last rider in a group and the front of the front wheel of the first

rider of the following group, the timekeeper-commissaires shall give a new

time taken on the first rider of this group.

Any difference of one second or more (back wheel - front wheel) between riders implies a new time.

만약 수명의 선수가 한 그룹으로 결승선에 들어오는 경우, 같은 그룹 속에 있는 모든 선수들은 동일한 시간대에 속하는 것으로 간주한다. 

만약 한 그룹의 마지막 선수의 뒷 바퀴 끝과 그 바로 뒤에 들어온 그룹의 첫 번째 선수의 앞바퀴 앞쪽 끝 부분의 시간차가 1초 이상인 경우, 계시원은 뒤에 들어온 그룹의 첫 번째 주자에게서 새로 측정된 계시 기록을 해야 한다.

선수들 간의 간격(뒷바퀴 - 앞바퀴)마다 1초 이상 시간차가 나는 경우 새로운 계시 기록을 해야 한다.

1.3.023 For road time trials and the following track events: individual and team pursuit, kilometre and 500 m a fixed extension may be added to the steering system; in this instance, only a position where the forearm is in the horizontal plane is permitted.

도로 독주 및 트랙의 개인추발, 단체추발, 1km 독주, 500m 독주 경기에 대해 조정 장치에 고정된 추가 연장이 가능 하며, 이 경우 오직 팔뚝의 자세는 수평이 되어야 한다.
